Early Treatment (Phase 1)
The American Association of Orthodontists suggests a first orthodontic check around age seven. Most children need nothing more than a watchful eye, but for some, a short early treatment can guide jaw growth and make later care simpler.

Why age seven?
By around seven, enough permanent teeth have come in for us to spot patterns like crowding, crossbites, or habits that affect growth. Catching these early gives us the most gentle, effective options.
Watchful waiting, not rushing
Most young patients simply join our complimentary growth-check program, where we keep an eye on things over time and start treatment only when the timing is truly right. We never recommend early treatment a child does not need.
