Before you arrive
We will send you a secure link to complete a short health history ahead of time. Filling it out at home means less paperwork in the waiting room and more time to talk about what matters to you. If you would rather do it in the office, that is completely fine. Just arrive about ten minutes early.
Bring a photo ID and, if you have them, any recent dental records. You do not need to have seen a dentist first, and you do not need anything else to get started.
Getting to know you
Your first visit is a conversation before it is anything else. Our team wants to understand your goals, any concerns you have, and what you hope to change about your smile or your bite. If a past experience made you or your child anxious, tell us. It helps us take better care of you.
Photos, a scan, and your options
For most new patients, a consultation includes:

- A relaxed exam of your teeth, bite, and jaw alignment
- A clear explanation of which treatment options fit, from braces to clear aligners
We show you what we see, often right on the screen, so nothing is a mystery. If treatment makes sense, we explain the choices in plain language. If it is better to wait and monitor, we will tell you that honestly too.
Timeline, cost, and no pressure
Before you leave, you will have a sense of your likely treatment timeline and an up-front cost estimate. We offer flexible monthly payment plans, and we are glad to review them with you.
